First external capital arrives as MMW's predictive AI crosses from a validated real world pilot to live customer deployment, and as the company opens its first African market via Nigeria.
COPENHAGEN — My Mental Wellbeing (MMW), the company building the AI infrastructure layer for workforce mental health, today announced its first external investment, anchoring a €3.2M valuation as the company opens its pre-seed round. The raise marks the moment MMW's core AI engine crosses from successful pilot to live deployment in customer environments, the inflection point where technical risk falls away and commercial scale begins.
What's behind the valuation
Three things underpin the €3.2M mark.
Enterprise traction that already pays. MMW has 10 paying customers across Europe, spanning fintech, shipping, manufacturing and government. That mix matters: it proves demand across the different markets.
An Africa first expansion built on paying customers, not projections.
The market. MMW has entered its first African market through Nigeria, where it already has a paying customer and expects to close four more by Q4 2026. For European investors seeking credible, lower risk exposure to African growth, MMW offers a rare entry point already generating revenue on the ground.
The development hub. MMW has deliberately based its software development hub in Nigeria since 2024, where its CTO and cofounder leads the engineering team in person. This places the company inside one of the world's fastest growing tech talent ecosystems and gives its African expansion an operational backbone.
A data moat no competitor can buy. MMW's engine is deploying into real customer environments, moving organizations from reactive support to genuine prevention. The moat beneath it took six years to build. Since launching as an NGO in 2020, MMW has gathered more than 10,000 proprietary data points from a community of 3,600 employees, HR leaders and managers, the kind of honest, longitudinal behavioral data that cannot be bought at any price. That data trains the engine, and the two layers compound each other: today MMW sells a workplace mental fitness app (SaaS) that employers already pay for and that feeds the engine, and tomorrow that same engine (IaaS) becomes infrastructure that insurers, HR platforms and healthcare systems license and build on. Every month of engagement deepens the moat, and the entry price only rises.
The round is anchored by Uzor Ofulue, a healthcare leader with 20 years across Nigerian and African health systems. Her network reaches deep into insurers, HMOs and health systems, the exact channels MMW's licensing engine is built to serve. This is what Uzor said in relation to her investment in MMW:
“When I first understood what MMW had built, I realized this was not a mental health app. It is an ecosystem, with applications reaching far beyond wellbeing into clinical governance, training, human capacity development and preventative care. I invest by one rule. Think big. Start small. Build purposefully. That is exactly what MMW is doing. I chose to invest while the engine was still in pilot, because conviction is worth the most before the results are obvious to everyone. Now the results are in and MMW is deploying with real customers, I believe the premium I paid is already earned. My message to other early stage investors is simple: this is the window. Once the engine is proven at scale across a portfolio of customers, the entry price will be a very different number than it is today.”

“This first investment validates 18 months of building and proving. I believe the technology we have built will be a change maker for a healthier world of work. It comes alongside two endorsements that cost us nothing in equity: acceptance into Denmark's Innofounder accelerator, and a qualified EIFO match loan of up to 500,000 euro that activates on close. We are deploying, expanding into Africa, and stacking non dilutive capital behind the round. To forward looking investors, this is the moment to join.”

About My Mental Wellbeing (MMW)
My Mental Wellbeing is building the AI infrastructure layer for workforce mental health, an engine that predicts stress and burnout up to six weeks before they surface. What began in 2020 as an NGO and a community of 3,600 members became the proprietary data moat behind that engine today. That moat enables a dual model: a workplace mental fitness app that employers already pay for (SaaS), and a prediction engine that insurers, HR platforms and healthcare systems will license and build on (IaaS). MMW operates across two markets, Denmark and Nigeria, from its home base in Copenhagen and its software development hub in Nigeria.
